Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays).

• Order cutoff time: 8:00 PM (UTC-5).

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

Delivery Time & Costs

• Standard Shipping (Free): 4–6 business days.

• Expedited Shipping ($6.99): 2–4 business days.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons.

• We currently do not ship to US military bases or multiple addresses within the same order.

Shipping Delays & Guarantees

• If your order does not arrive within 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund.

• If tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your package, please check the surrounding area and contact the shipping carrier. If the issue remains, reach out to our support team.

Missing Items

• Report missing items to support@beatific.store with your order number.

• After verification, we will either:

  • Resend the missing item(s) with a new tracking number, or

  • Refund the item(s) value via your original payment method.

• Resolution confirmation will be sent within 72 hours, and refunds typically take 5–7 business days.
