Warranty Coverage

  • All wall murals are covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

  • This warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship, including:

    • Printing errors (blurry images, incorrect colors).

    • Damage during shipping (scratches, tears, or dents).

    • Incorrect item received.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or modifications.

  • Customized or personalized murals (unless defective on arrival).

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact us at support@beatific.store within the warranty period.

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the defect.

  3. Our support team will verify your claim within 72 hours.

Resolution Options

  • Replacement: A new item will be shipped at no cost.

  • Refund: If replacement is not possible, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and proof of defect.

  • In some cases, we may request that the defective item be returned before replacement or refund is processed.
