Eligibility for Returns

• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Customized or personalized murals are non-returnable, except in cases of defects or damage.

Return Process

1. Contact us at support@beatific.store with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization and instructions.

3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

• Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

• If your item arrived damaged or defective, you are eligible for a full refund or free replacement.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
